Valley's End Guest House

Vedauwoo

At an altitude of 8,000 feet, Vedauwoo is a rather secluded rocky oasis in southeastern Wyoming, filled with dense pine forests and aspen groves. It is surrounded by a seemingly endless expanse of high plains and lies under a dome of intense cerulean blue sky. Views from the tops of the crags are stunning, and one can see from Wyoming's ragged mountains clear down the Continental Divide to Long's Peak, some 75 miles south in Colorado. A multitude of free-ranging animal species are commonly found here, including small mammals, antelope, deer, cattle, climbers and an occasional black bear or cougar. Today, climbers and others come here from nearly everywhere to indulge themselves within a setting of alien rock formations and scenic valleys found only at Vedauwoo.

Vee Bar Guest Ranch

During the summer months guests can take advantage of the horseback riding, hiking, fishing, river tubing, the great outdoors, evening entertainment, hayrides, camp outs, and more. These activities are offered through a 3 or 6-night guest ranch package. (Minimum stay required June--August). May and September come ride, hike, walk, and sightsee for any number of nights, any night of the week. During the winter months enjoy activities in the mountains--snowmobiling, downhill and cross country skiing, and snowshoeing, or just relax in your cabin in front of the fireplace!

We’re adjacent to Medicine Bow National Forest, Vedauwoo Recreational Area, Curt Gowdy State Park and the Historic Ames Monument. Bring along a gourmet Vista de la Luna picnic basket, and you have the makings for a perfect day.

Winter Creek Condos

Just above Centennial, Wyoming is your home away from home - Winter Creek Condos and cabins. Some cabins now owned individually, but most still available as daily rentals. There have been many improvements and we look forward to serving everyone.

Woods Landing Resort

The Woods Landing Resort is located on the Big Laramie River at the base of the Medicine Bow Mtns 27 miles southwest of Laramie on Highway 230. The Woods Landing Bar and Dancehall is listed on the National Register of Historic Places for its unique log construction and dancefloor on springs. Self-guided activities include fishing in the river or nearby lakes, hiking, hunting, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling.
