Murf the Surf's Grille

Murf opened the restaurant in the summer of 1987 when he purchased the Chuckwagon Cafe. He added a full kitchen and began work on adding the bar and patio area. The Murf the Surf's beach bar opened in the spring of 1989. The cabana and patio landscaping were completed that summer. We will be serving Murf's famous taco burrito smothered with homemade green chile as well as Maggie's salsa, both from days gone by. There is a full menu of great burgers, dogs, chicken fingers, soups, sandwiches, salads, nachos and more. Soft drinks and hot beverages, bottled beverages also available. Limited breakfast items. It may be cold outside, but we will warm you up with a great food and drink! Seasonal open dates, November through April. Join us for the summer at the Trading Post in Centennial. Open Friday through Sunday and beginning June 14, open 7 days a week. Murf and Linda invite you for drinks on the deck and dinner in the rustic dining room.

Snowy Range Ski Area

Come visit our Ski Area cafe. The usual American fare is there as well as Chef's Choice items such as barbequed ribs or lasagna. You'll also find breakfast and lunch panini, pizza, pulled pork sandwiches, wings, etc.

The Friendly Store Cafe

I've eaten in the cafe a number of times. The new proprietors make the atmosphere genuinely friendly (gasp!) even in so small a town. The breakfast is great, and the BLT is everything a BLT lover would want. BACON...actual stacks of fresh bacon -- not frozen strips.

Trading Post Restaurant and Saloon

The Trading Post Dinner House and Saloon is a fine steakhouse and so much more. It is offered for sale by the owners, who purchased it in 1990.

Vee Bar Guest Ranch

The historic main lodge is home of the dining room. September 1 through the end of May, dinners are served on Friday and Saturday nights to guests as well as the public. A soup and salad bar comes with the main course. Fine steak dinners are what the Vee Bar is best known for, but there is also a selection of fish, chicken, vegetarian dishes, and delicious desserts! During the summer months, meals are only served to our guests staying at the ranch. Hearty ranch cooking is supplemented with fresh fruit, homemade bread, and the ever-full cookie jar.
