Every July, Laramie comes alive for Jubilee Days, a weeklong celebration of Wyoming's statehood, western heritage, and small-town spirit. This three-day itinerary combines Jubilee Days events with other attractions across the county that give you a chance to experience authentic western culture. Day 1

Enjoy free, delicious pancakes with family and friends at the annual Pancake Breakfast. A long-standing Jubilee Days tradition, the 2026 Pancake Breakfast will be held at St. Matthew's Episcopal Cathedral and served by the Laramie Soup Kitchen.
Statehood Day Celebration

Jubilee Days was originally founded to celebrate the day Wyoming officially became a state on July 10, 1890. The Wyoming Statehood Day Celebration began on the state's 50th anniversary in 1940 and has been an annual event ever since! Join in the fun at the historic Wyoming Territorial Prison, with activities for all ages.

Jubilee Days Parade

The annual Jubilee Days Parade makes its way through Laramie with marching bands, fire trucks, local businesses, and community groups in tow. The theme for 2026 is Wyoming: Where the West Lives On!

After the parade, make your way to Albany, WY, to Trailshead Lodge, a casual restaurant in a mountain lodge. Try their juicy burgers or Texas BBQ brisket, and enjoy cocktails and beer on tap at the full-service bar. The Old Corral Hotel & Steakhouse serves high-quality, free-roaming, grass- and grain-fed beef. The meat is always fresh, never frozen! The steakhouse is well known for its tender, delicious steaks and hearty meals. In addition to steaks, The Old Corral serves half-pound hamburgers, cowboy caviar, and a chicken dish smothered in homemade sherry sauce, among other menu highlights. Day 3
Breakfast at The Mountain View Hotel & Cafe

A popular gathering spot for locals, The Mountain View Hotel & Cafe was built in 1907, in time for the July 4th celebration of the first train to arrive in Centennial. Now on the National Register of Historic Places, The Mountain View was restored to its former glory in 2007. Guests can still stay in one of the hotel's seven guest rooms (reservations can be made here).
The cafe, located inside the hotel, serves breakfast staples like fluffy waffles and a tender Chipotle Chicken Burrito. Need a morning pick-me-up? Try the drip coffee or a chai latte. The cafe is open Thursday through Sunday, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM, during the summer season.
Deerwood Ranch Wild Horse Ecosanctuary

At Rebel Ranch, you'll enjoy a delicious charcuterie platter while learning about the history of the resilient American Bison. While you sip tea and sample a variety of cheeses, crackers, and fruits, a herd of bison will make its way across the pasture to join you! If you're lucky, you'll get to see a few adorable bison calves. Stop by their general store before you go, where they sell ground bison and other high-quality locally made goods.
